Abstract

This study aims to determine how much influence Compensation and Leadership style on Employee Performance at PT. Great Apparel Indonesia, Sukabumi packing department. The data in this study were obtained by observation using a statement questionnaire distributed to 57 respondents and all of them were employees at PT. Great Apparel Indonesia packing section Sukabumi. This research uses descriptive associative method, the independent variables of this study are compensation and leadership style, performance is the dependent variable compensation has a direct and positive effect on performance including in the Medium category, Leadership Style has a direct and positive effect on performance including the category Low, Compensation has a direct and positive effect on Leadership style is included in the Low category, Compensation and Leadership Style has a positive and direct effect on Performance is included in the Medium category.
