Konsep Diri dan Motivasi Dalam Meningkatkan Kepuasan Kerja Karyawan Pada CV Putri Gunung Fermindo
Abstract
Increasing employee job satisfaction at CV. Putri Gunung Fermindo will improve if the leader applies a good Self-Concept and Motivation. This researh aims to measure the impact of Self-Concept and Motivation in increasing employee job satisfaction. The causal associative method was used by researchers in accordance with the objectives of this study.
The population is all employees of CV Putri Gunung Fermindo as many as 42 employees. The researcher did not draw the sample because the researcher was able to collect all of the data by conducting a census so that in this case the researcher did not test the statistical hypothesis. To find out theeimpact with the coefficient of determination test and multiple regression test with multivariate regression analysis. The results show that Self-Concepteand Motivation have a very extraordinary impact on job satisfaction of 86.1%.
