Pengaruh Disiplin Kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada PT. Melody Lestari Madani Palabuhanratu Sukabumi
Abstract
Work Discipline has an important role in improving Employe Performance in an organization. To achieve a common goal, people in organizations need to foster togethernes by following the control of their leaders. With thiss control, differences in desires, desires, volition, feelings, needs and others are met to be moved in the same direction. To analyze the influence of Work Discipline on Employee Performance at the PT. Melody Lestari Madani Palabuhanratu Sukabumi, researchers used correlation analysis, which was an analysis of the relationship between discipline and employee performance. The results of SPSS calculations from 20 respondents indicate that the value of the correlation coefficient (r) is worth 0.873, meaning that work discipline has a very strong relationship with employee performance. Based on the results of the regression analysis, the constant value (a) is 0.1206 and the regression coefficient (b) is 0.769, it can be written in the regression equation, namely Y = 0.1206 + 0.769. The regression equation means that if the Work Discipline rises by 1 point then Employee Performance will increase by 0.769 points. If If Work Discipline rises 2 points then Employee Performance rises 2 x 0.769 which is 1.538 assuming a constant value of 0.1206. From the results of the analysis of determination shows the coefficient of determination is 0.762 or 76,2%, whiche means that work discipline affects employee performance by 76,2% and 23,8% is influenced by other factors.
