Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the influence of the work environment, training and motivation on employee work productivity at the bank PT BPR Dana Mandiri Bogor. The sample used in this study is a banking financial sector company registered with the OJK. This data is collected using a quantitative method because the approach used for research proposals, processes, hypotheses, field work, data analysis, data conclusions up to writing uses aspects of measurement, calculations, formulas and certainty of numerical data regarding the Effect of the Work Environment and Training on performance employees at PT. BPR Dana Mandiri Bogor bank, cigudeg area.
