Kajian Empiris tentang Pengaruh Inflasi terhadap Pertumbuhan Ekonomi di Indonesia
Abstract
This study aims to test the presence or absence of the effect of inflation on economic growth in Indonesia. The data used are BPS data for 2011 – 2022 with analysis methode using simple regression analysis and hypothesis testing. The results of data analysis using SPSS show that the inflation rate in Indonesia during 2011 - 2022 has an average low inflation rate. Economic growth has a fixed or constant value (a) of 2.350%, while the variable regression coefficient of inflation is -0.612 meaning that inflation with economic growth has a negative relationship with the assumption that if inflation increases by 1% it will reduce economic growth by 0.612%. Meanwhile, the hypothesis in this study is accepted because it is proven that inflation has a significant negative effect on economic growth due to the value of sig. <0.05
