Abstract
The goal to be achieved by the author is to verify how much influence the level of education and work motivation have on the performance of employees of the Population Control and Family Planning Service (DPPKB) of Sukabumi Regency. The quantitative research method is associative. Primary data were obtained from 70 respondents, then analyzed according to the applicable statistical methods and interpreted. The data analysis technique used is multivariate regression. As for the results, the level of education and work motivation can have a significant impact on employee performance.
