Pengaruh Budaya Organisasi dan Kepuasan Kerja terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Departemen QC (Quality Control) Chemical di PT. Glostar Indonesia 2
Abstract
This research was conducted to explore the extent to which employee
performance factors at PT. Glostar Indonesia 2 can be influenced by
organizational culture and job satisfaction. The population is QC Chemical
employees of PT. Glostar Indonesia 2 Sukabumi Regency with a total of 134
employees. To take samples, researchers used random sampling where sampling
from the population was done randomly. In determining the sample size using the
Slovin formula with 90% truth so that the sample becomes 57 respondents. The
analysis technique uses multivariate regression. The results of the questionnaire
answers are used as primary data by producing a Likert scale.
The result is that the performance of QC Chemical employees at PT.
Glostar Indonesia 2 Sukabumi Regency can be influenced by organizational
culture and job satisfaction both independently and simultaneously.
