Gaya Kepemimpinan Dan Motivasi Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Pada Kecamatan Cidolog Kabupaten Sukabumi
Abstract
The goal to be addressed is to detect leadership style & work motivation both independently and simultaneously have an impact on the performance of Cidolog District employees, Sukabumi Regency. A quantitative approach with the type of causality associative relationship is used by researchers according to the purpose. The population is all employees in the Cidolog District, Sukabumi Regency, totaling 112 people. By taking the sample using the slovin formula 10% error rate so that the sample is 53 respondents. Researchers analyze with applicable tests such as data quality testing, prerequisite analysis tests, R2 analysis tests and hypothesis testing including t tests and f tests. As for the results where leadership style and work motivation are detected to have an impact on employees of the Cidolog District, Sukabumi Regency.
