Pengaruh Kepemimpinan dan Pengawasan terhadap Disiplin Kerja Karyawan di PT. Glostar Indonesia Sukabumi

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to be able to prove that leadership and supervision have an influence on the work discipline of employees at the PEC section of PT. Glostar Indonesia Sukabumi. The population or group of subjects studied were 152 employees of the PEC section. The sample was taken using slovin with an error rate of 10%, so the sample is 60 respondents. The associative method used by the researcher is according to the purpose to be known, the method of analysis is multiple regression test, validity test, reliability test, partial regression test, simultaneous test, coefficient of determination, and classic assumption test with SPSS V.24. As for the results, partially and simultaneously, leadership and supervision have a significant effect on the work discipline of employees of PT. Glostar Indonesia Sukabumi.
