Abstract

The associative form with a quantitative approach is used by researchers according to the goals of the desired researcher. The population is all employees of Linggabuana University PGRI Sukabumi totaling 152 employees. The sample is the entire population sampled by means of a census. However, of the 152 employees who filled out and returned the questionnaire answers, 132 employees were used as samples. The results of this study independently and simultaneously organizational culture, leadership, work discipline and work environment are able to make an extraordinary contribution in improving the performance of Linggabuana University PGRI Sukabumi employees.
