Abstract

The aim that the author wants to achieve in this research is: to determine the effect of empowerment on work productivity. To determine the effect of trust on work productivity. To determine the effect of empowerment and trust simultaneously on work productivity. The research method used in this research is a quantitative descriptive research method, namely the data obtained from the research sample is analyzed according to the statistical method used and then interpreted. This researcher also uses statistical methods, determination, multiple linear regression, hypothesis testing, t test and F test. The descriptive method is a research method carried out to determine the value of independent variables, either one or more variables (independent) without making comparisons, or connecting them with other variables. Quantitative research methods are research carried out by collecting data in the form of numbers or statistics. The partial research results show a significant influence between the Empowerment variable on employee work productivity. Partially there is a significant influence between the Trust variable on employee work productivity. Simultaneously there is a significant influence between the variables Empowerment and trust on employee work productivity.
